In our latest release of Galera Manager, we have provided the ability for Galera Manager to monitor existing, pre-installed MySQL and MariaDB clusters. This means that you are no longer limited to using Galera Manager in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environment, nor are you limited to using the command line for Galera Cluster monitoring.
In the webinar, we will set up a cluster manually, and then show you how you can use Galera Manager effectively to monitor the existing MySQL or MariaDB cluster setup. While this takes away from the management component of Galera Manager, this has been a constant feature request, i.e. to use Galera Manager as a monitoring solution for existing, pre-installed Galera Clusters. Galera Manager has over 620 metrics for you to utilize to monitor your existing clusters to make sure that your set up is healthy.
Instead of monitoring your Galera Clusters with the command line you could use the new Graphical User Interface (GUI), Galera Manager. Join the webinar to see a live demo on how to setup Galera Manager to monitor your existing Galera Clusters.
